LAP Conference – To send 4 delegates to the 2025 Labor Assistance
Professionals Conference in Las Vegas, NV July 13-17, 2025. To pay 3
delegates 5 days lost time, per diem, 7 nights hotel at $104.31 per night,
transportation up to $200 and registration fee of $400. To pay 1 delegate 7
nights hotel at $104.31 per night, transportation up to $200 and registration fee of $175
• District 141 Committee Conference – To send 6 delegates to the 2025
District 141 Local Committee Conference in St. Louis, Mo. October 27-29, 2025, travel
dates October 26th, and October 30th. To pay 4 delegates lost time, per diem,
4 nights hotel, hotel at $209 plus tax per night, up to $200 for
transportation/parking and $75 registration fee. To pay 2 delegates per diem,
4 nights hotel at $209 plus tax per night, up to $200 transportation/parking
and $75 registration fee.
• District 141 and 142 JATSC (Joint Air Transport Safety Committee) Ground
Safety Training Conference – To send 1 delegate to the 2025 JATSC
Conference at the William W. Winpisinger Technology Center, September
30-October 2, travel days September 29th and October 3rd. To pay 1 delegate 5
days lost time, applicable per diem, and parking (if applicable)
District 142 Southwest Training Conference – To send up to 4 Stewards to
the Steward Training Conference at the William W. Winpisinger Technology
Center, September 8th
-12th, travel days September 6th and September 12th. To
pay 4 Stewards 5 days lost time, 2 days travel per diem, and
transportation/parking not to exceed $175 (if applicable).
• Local 2210 audit for January through June 2025 – To pay the Secretary
Treasurer, 3 Auditors, and 3 Trustees 1 day lost time and per diem to perform
the audit.
• District 142 Special Election – To pay the Recording Secretary, and up to 6
tellers one day lost time and per diem for District 142 Special Election on
July 11, 2025.
• Motion for up to $5,000 to purchase supplies (stamps, paper, envelopes,
labels, etc.) for Local 2210 Officer Election in December.

Bylaws – Any proposed Bylaw changes must be submitted by June’s meeting. The first
reading of proposed changes will be in September, second reading and vote will take place
at October’s meeting (MUST BE PRESENT TO VOTE).

Officer Endorsement for Nominees and Special Officer Election for District Lodge 142
The nomination endorsement vote will be held on Friday May 16, 2025 from 6:00am to 8:00am
and 6:00pm to 8:00pm. All absentee endorsement ballots must be received in the mail by the Local
Recording Secretary no later than the close of polls on Friday May 16, 2025.
Voting for District 142 Officers (if necessary) will be held on Friday July 11, 2025 from 6:00am to
6:00pm at the Local Lodge.
